Your next assignment is to write a strategy report (2-3 pp) to your team on one of the major players in your media sector. The purpose of the report is to provide reference material Proximity can make available to clients Each team member should select one of the players from the strategy report list (see attachment) and conduct a comprehensive search for information about that player and its business partners before drafting the report.
Information Sources
You should find material from the following sources as well those on the resources and about Gen Y pages:
To start your report, first create a new page called "Lastname strategy report" and put a link at the top to your personal page. Place a working draft of the report on that page by the start of class on Feb. 22, or 23. Final hard copy should be submitted at the start of class on Monday, March 1, 2.

- Competitive Landscape (see Porter)
- Player’s Business Strategy
- Implications of strategy for Gen Y marketing / branding
